We rang in the new year a little early with our annual Palmer Construction team holiday party and it was one of those nights that really stuck with us.

No job sites. No blueprints. No schedules. Just the people behind the work.

This past year was full of hard hats, tight timelines, late afternoons in the field, and moments when our team pulled together to bring commercial visions to life. The party was a simple reminder that behind every project is a team of people who genuinely care about the work they do each day. It felt good to pause, celebrate the year, and enjoy a night together outside of the job site.
